Pass the entrance of the Central Kata Resort, and than left on the next small streest/'soi'; just after the Fire and Water Grill (large orange and blue sign - 'clean food at market price') Before the corner of Fried Rice Restaurant. Phuket Chiropractic Clinic is located on the left of the 'soi' and you will be able to see the sign 'Chiropractic'.
Coming from Phuket Town or Chalong along Patak Rd., take a left turn on the street with the YELLOW BLINKING LIGHT (opposite the Big One Mart) towards the sea, follow the road for about 1km, past the Sawadee Village and than turn right just past the 'Fried Rice Restaurant' and before the Fire and Water Grill (large orange and blue sign - 'clean food at market price') and Central Kata Resort. Phuket Chiropractic Clinic is located on the left and you will be able to see the sign 'Chiropractic'.
